Step 1
Using the template provided in the package, find a good location for your CS1. Make sure the cord is long enough for the closest ceiling lamp outlet. Mark the two holes in the template and drill approximately 6 cm deep using an 8 mm diameter drill bit.
Please remember to verify how deep you are allowed to drill in your ceiling in order to avoid damaging pipes, ventilation or electrical components etc.
Please check your ceiling material before the install. Use appropriate plugs/expanders that can support the recommended minimum weight of 20 kg.
Step 2
Remove the speaker cover and remove the speaker driver using a Philips head screwdriver (push in 3 cm and twist 180 degrees counter clockwise). Disconnect the attached power cable and put it back in the CS1 cabinet. Push the two screws (provided in the package*) all the way through the acoustic foam, into the pre-drilled holes inside the cabinet. The pre-drilled holes can be tricky to locate, but sticking something (e.g. a screwdriver) trough from the backside first makes it easier.
